"It's cold"
The one time we did get to fish, the motor quit and the brother in laws in the other boat (who fished the whole time) were not watching us so we were stranded for over an hour. It was pretty comical watching Jay wave his paddle (the only paddle we had)
..since waving the paddle didn't work and the waves were pushing us into shore, Jay had to get out to hold the boat. (This was the second time in the water. The first time he just took his jeans off in the middle of the lake and pulled the boat in). 
Jackson was laughing the whole time. Jay's comment to him, "Jackson, this is not a laughing matter". Jackson just laughed harder:) He was even waving his hand at one point trying to get their attention.
Fun at the Lake Michigan
Jackson loves the sand. He even let me bury his legs!:) He also got to swim. He was cold when he got out so he played in the sand the rest of the time. Jackson swam every day were up north this time. The weather was great!
"Ok, I'm tired, when are we eating?"

Matea and her cousin Logan hanging out while we fish. Logan was turned around at one point. I heard Matea fussing reached down to find her paci and looked over and found it in the hands of Logan. When I took it from him he kept trying to find it on her:) She just held on to the paci and watched him.
So,..Matea put the blanket over her mouth and would not let go of the blanket:) 
Give me my blanket and paci and I'm set to go

hooray! lots of new pictures. love it. so funny about jackson laughing at you guys being stranded. i can just hear jay telling him it was not a laughing matter. love matea's little sun outfit on the beach. so cute. miss you all! bekah
Poor Jay-megan is always laughing at the things you do- even your son is getting a good laught off of you. I realy enjoy the big smile on Jackson's face. His giggle is truly contagious.

Hey I just got home and found these great new pictures. I too love the "stranded" story with Jackson laughing. I have missed all of you. Will be down tomorrow to see you.
Why is it SO funny that Jackson was cracking up when you were stranded. I was just laughing here at my computer and Ryan's trying to figure out what's going on!!=) And I love how Matea just protected her Paci...a kid who loves their paci knows what to do!=)
